■Coastal Erosion Prevention Material (All-Cut Pile Structure + Rubber-Based Resin) - A composite material of all-cut pile structure and rubber resin is formed into a cylindrical shape with the pile surface facing outward. - By filling this with sand and burying it on the coast, it prevents overseas erosion. - Since the outer surface of the cylinder is a pile, it prevents shifting due to the interlocking with sand, and even after the seaward side of the buried composite material is exposed, the pile part serves as a reef, contributing to the maintenance and activation of the ecosystem. ■Pile Height: Can be freely designed from 4 to 60 mm. ■Pile Shape: Can be freely designed as loop piles, cut piles, or cut & loop piles. ■Pile Material: Resin fibers such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, as well as metal fibers, and functional fibers like hollow fibers and conductive fibers can also be used. ■The laminated composite materials can be bonded with various resins such as rubber and urethane, using composites like non-woven fabric, cloth, paper, metal foil, and resin sheets.
